Default Pay roll garnishment
My salary is being garnished by Cap One Bank. How can I stop this?

they must have a judgement on you, i think you need to file with the courts for a judgement reversal or somthing, dont worry someone smarter then me will help you out here soon.

Find out when the judgement was obtained and by whom.

Then, determine if you were legally served.

If you were not, file a motion to vacate the judgement.
